Our Culture
Our Culture
It takes people of all skillsets and interests to fulfill our life saving mission. Trust, compassion, respect and teamwork are all deeply woven into everything we do. Our culture, our purpose and our passion are just a few reasons why so many people love working at Midwest Transplant Network.
Events and Team Building
We fully support having fun with each other as much as we work hard together. We host many team-building and social events to keep us closely connected. We also give back to our community through company-wide philanthropic initiatives and the opportunity for an individual to take a volunteering day each year.
The culture at Midwest Transplant Network is one of diversity, empathy, caring and compassion. This is true not only toward the communities we serve, but also focused on each other as staff members. We are a team who puts our heart and soul into fulfilling our mission.
– Matt Tener, Tissue Services Clinical Educator
Employee Recognition
Our employees work hard to help save lives through organ and tissue donation, and they deserve recognition. We regularly thank and congratulate each other for a job well done in many ways, including notes of gratitude for outstanding dedication to one or more of our core values: respect, excellence, accountability and leadership. Once a year, one winner is chosen from each core value category, and we recognize those four individuals for their exemplary work.
ALL In at MTN
At MTN, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset and crucial to accomplishing our lifesaving mission. For this reason, we have intentionally crafted a purposeful and inclusive culture where all staff feel a sense of belonging and pride. Our achievements are a direct result of the collective contributions of every team member.
