Donor Family Day at Pathway’s Pumpkin Patch

You and your family are invited to join MTN staff at Pathway’s Pumpkin Patch from 5-7:30 pm. Enjoy fun for the entire family including: corn maze, pumpkin decorating, hay rides, bonfire, barrel train rides, hot dog dinner, S’mores and more!  Flashlights are encouraged for use in the maze.  Give Hope Share Life T-shirts will be available to purchase for $5.

This event requires an RSVP to attend.  Please register using the form below.  The registration link will close on Monday, October 7.  MTN must pay in advance for tickets, so we ask that you RSVP for the exact number that will be attending.
