Celebration of Heroes – Kansas City

You and your family are invited to join MTN staff and fellow donor families for a Celebration of Heroes at 1:00 p.m. in the Legacy Center at the Midwest Transplant Network, 1900 West 47th Place, Westwood, KS 66205.  To register for this event, please use the form below.

The Celebration of Heroes is held each year to honor organ, eye and tissue donors and their families. MTN presents each family with a beautifully handcrafted stained glass butterfly to honor their loved one. Families also have the opportunity to pin their quilt square on the Donor Memorial Quilt during the celebration.

If you are attending and wish to share a photo of your loved one to be used in the Donor Tribute video, please email a high-resolution photo to photos@mwtn.org. no later than Wednesday, October 30th.  Be sure to include your loved one’s name and date of donation.  If your loved one’s photo has appeared in a pervious video tribute and you wish for it be in the video again, please mark yes when prompted in the registration form below.
