Whether you have recently experienced the miracle of transplantation or are on the waiting list for an organ transplant, we hope you will find the information in this section helpful.

You may not be aware of the role that MTN plays in the transplant process. MTN coordinates the procurement of vital organs, tissues and corneas in hospitals in Kansas and western and central Missouri. We also work closely with the six transplant centers located within our service area to oversee the care, placement and transportation of the donor organ.

While MTN played a part in your second chance at life, none of this would be possible without the generosity of the donor family – the family that, in their time of devastation and loss, made the decision to give someone else life.
